What are BREAM and LEED?
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is an international certification system for ecofriendly and energy efficient buildings that assesses the environmental impact, energy efficiency, resource use and employee well-being of buildings.
BREEAM certification helps building owners reduce operating costs, increase property value and meet stringent environmental requirements, while promoting sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint.
This project is registered for BREEAM certification.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the world’s most widely used green building rating system.
LEED certification is developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a non-profit organisation based in the United States. The green certificate enables developers and owners to make informed decisions for better environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
This project is registered for LEED GOLD® certification.
