Port Athena to be completed as early as 2026
The Port Athena neighbourhood at Väike Turu 7 is a truly unique location. The plan is to erect 5 buildings on the plot to provide a variety of options for retail, service, catering, office, conference and accommodation premises. The architects of Salto AB OÜ have planned retail and service premises with separate entrances on the first floor of the buildings. The articulation of building blocks creates recesses in the street profile. This makes it possible to create sunny, wind-free gardens or terraces for cafés that act as extensions of the public street. The neighbourhood will be open to pedestrians and add new small streets to explore.
The upper floors provide spacious office premises. The buildings feature open roof terraces, perfect for enjoying panoramic views of the Emajõgi River, relaxing and spending time in comfort.

We prioritise energy efficiency in buildings and providing a comfortable working environment. To this end, we plan to achieve an A efficiency class and to comply with the requirements of the BREEAM green certification.

A solar park on the roofs of the buildings will provide additional energy.

The proposed neighbourhood is located in the area between the Tigutorn Tower, Science Centre AHHAA and the Aura Centre. The western part of the complex is designed for pedestrians, while a beautiful riverfront is planned on the eastern side of the buildings. In addition to the nearby Tigutorn, Science Centre AHHAA and Aura Centre, there are two other upcoming development sites in the immediate vicinity of the Port Athena neighbourhood: The Sadama (port) neighbourhood and the Katlamaja (boiler house) neighbourhood.
