The development on the bank of the Emajõgi River, on the plot at Väike-Turu 7, is set to comprise 5 buildings with retail, service, catering, office, conference or accommodation premises. The architectural design of the buildings is the work of one of Estonia’s most prestigious architectural firms, Salto AB OÜ. Developer Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ’s partners in the design process include Projekt O2 OÜ, Salto AB OÜ and the architects of Roolaht ja Partnerid OÜ. The planned buildings will be articulated. The articulation of building blocks creates recesses in the street profile. This makes it possible to create sunny, wind-free gardens or terraces for cafés that act as extensions of the public street.
